We provide coaching services focused on personal development, emotional well-being, confidence building, and life transition support, with a speciality in supporting immigrants navigating the challenges of relocation.

It is important to understand that coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, we strongly encourage you to contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service in your area.

Eligibility Who can use our services

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. By booking a session or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Bookings and Payments How sessions are booked and paid for.

All coaching sessions must be booked through our website using our designated booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are listed in pounds and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for.

Cancellation and Rescheduling What happens if plans change.

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require a minimum of [24 / 48] hours notice.

Cancellations made with [24 / 48]+ hours notice: You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Cancellations made with less than [24 / 48] hours notice: The full session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

No shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative time.

Discovery Calls Terms for free introductory calls.

Our free 20 minute discovery call is offered at no cost and with no obligation to purchase further services. These calls are subject to availability and limited to one per person.

Group Coaching Programme Additional terms for group sessions.

By joining a group coaching programme, you agree to respect the confidentiality of all other participants. Anything shared by other members during group sessions must not be disclosed outside the group.

Refund policies for group programmes may differ from individual sessions and will be communicated at the time of enrolment.

Confidentiality What stays between us.

All information shared during coaching sessions, whether individual or group, is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

Where we are required to do so by law.

Where there is a genuine risk of harm to you or to another person.

Where you have given explicit written consent for information to be shared.

Client Responsibilities Your role in the coaching process.

Coaching is a collaborative process. To get the most from our work together, we ask that you:

Attend sessions on time and prepared to engage openly.

Complete any agreed actions or exercises between sessions.

Communicate honestly about your needs, boundaries, and progress.

Take responsibility for the decisions and actions you choose to take as a result of coaching.

Limitation of Liability What we can and cannot guarantee.

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your individual effort, circumstances, and commitment to the process. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or timeframes.

Lidya Kazadi shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your participation in coaching, any decisions made as a result of coaching, or any reliance on information provided during sessions or through our website.

Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property Respecting the work behind what we share.

All content on our website and within our coaching materials, including but not limited to text, images, guides, worksheets, videos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lidya Kazadi.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Materials provided during coaching are for your personal use only.
